What should I do?

This morning was such a big shock to me…one of my reliable team mates decided to leave his post. Why? How? How come? Those questions were popping out. My boss questioned me…and I questioned him…The problem is not about leaving the post…but about how I’m supposed to deal with this situation. Should I just listen? Should I persuade my friend not to go? Should I…? I leave some blanks for you to fill in..:p. Anyway if my kids are angry, I will let them. Give them time to cool down. Can anyone tutor me on how to deal with people, how to manage a team? Well, I joined a leadership workshop…but…it’s not that down to earth workshop. I should learn by doing, I guess.

3 meetings in a row in one day…

can u imagine? 3 meetings in a row today! hmm..when my students miss 3 meetings in a row, they must do the absantee permit test..what if 3 meetings in a row?

but our meetings are different…not too much arguments…a few make jokes…the others laugh…not like what eric told me about his meetings…anyway, we seem to enjoy it…:)

one thing i must tell my kids…dont be afraid to open up..to give opinions…because sometimes i feel reluctant…

One day, blogging will be my cup of tea!

Ok, today is my first time of blogging…no..no..wait..yesterday i did the posting but somehow..it didnt show up..:(..what went wrong?! dunno..

So, let me tell you…this is just to keep myself up in the mainstream. Everybody’s blogging! Why am not I? But who knows..blogging will be my cup of tea someday. Professional bloggers out there…read my blog, help me fill the lacuna.
